Dood Frank Act

The Dodd-Frank Act is the most important law since the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.  It is 2,700 pages long and regulates financial companies.  This act is a response to the economic meltdown of 2008.  Small companies have trouble with it as it requires a large compliance staff.  So far is does not appear to achieve its objectives, it is expensive and reduces profits and jobs.
